A former commissioner with the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners, Dr. Jeff Blanchard was the founder and former director of the Orange County Golf Center for Manipulation under Anesthesia. At age 45, he left private practice after 20 years to play professional golf. In 1999, Dr. Blanchard founded Blanchard Golf Injury Seminars to train health care professionals in the diagnosis and treatment protocols for golf injuries, golf fitness and golf conditioning. Dr. Blanchard speaks internationally at State Associations and Collegiate sponsored conventions. He has personally trained over 3000 "golf doctors" to date.

Laney Nelson, DC, DACBSP
Exercise and Rehabilitation Strategies for Elite Golf Performance
Dr. Laney Nelson has served as the team chiropractor for the Utah Grizzlies Hockey Team, the Salt Lake Stingers, and the Brigham Young University. He has worked with the 2002 Winter Olympics and the PRCA Wilderness Rodeo Circuit. Dr. Nelson has published in the field of manipulation under joint anesthesia and has been associated in two different hospital systems performing those procedures. He is currently the director for the BIOFREEZE Sports and Rehabilitation Center at Logan College of Chiropractic. Dr. Nelson has designed the department with two divisions which service the athletic and rehabilitative needs of the St. Louis area.
Attendees will learn how to assess functional deficits and limitations that inhibit golf performance. Dr. Nelson will show you how to use exercise to correct the deficits and then how to market the knowledge for financial return.

Laser Therapy for Low Back Pain and Golf Enhancement
For the past 9 years Dr. Jerome has lectured internationally to doctors of all medical disciplines on integrative healthcare, rehabilitation, clinical nutrition, chiropractic and the use of cold laser therapy for neurological programming, healing enhancement and human performance. His laser and integrative protocols have helped other doctors enhance their treatment skills. Dr. Rerucha has been involved with numerous athletic programs developing strength and conditioning systems for football, basketball, volleyball, golf, tennis, track and field and numerous competitive strength competitions. Competing on national and international levels as a powerlifter for 14 years, he won a world title in 1999. Recently, he has been providing care for members of the USA World Powerlifting Team, USA Olympic Weightlifting Team and competitive Mixed Martial Arts. His performance based nutrition, laser and chiropractic protocols have helped patients and elite athletes maximize their physiological goals.
The wisdom of chiropractic is integrated with the use of low level laser therapy in with rehabilitation treatment. This class is for the practitioner who desires to maintain the traditional application of chiropractic and to enhance the benefits achieved by applying one of the newest, most researched technological advances in the healing arts. Specific protocols and rehabilitation techniques for common conditions will be taught using laser therapy. This will enable the practitioner to improve the initial patient evaluation, and to recommend specific treatment protocols and rehabilitation used in daily practice. This includes; acute injuries, chronic low back pain and sprain/strains.
