A former commissioner with the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners, Dr. Jeff Blanchard was the founder and former director of the Orange County Golf Center for Manipulation under Anesthesia. At age 45, he left private practice after 20 years to play professional golf. In 1999, Dr. Blanchard founded Blanchard Golf Injury Seminars to train health care professionals in the diagnosis and treatment protocols for golf injuries, golf fitness and golf conditioning. Exercise and Rehabilitation Strategies for Elite Golf Performance

Dr. Laney Nelson has served as the team chiropractor for the Utah Grizzlies Hockey Team, the Salt Lake Stingers, and the Brigham Young University. He has worked with the 2002 Winter Olympics and the PRCA Wilderness Rodeo Circuit. Dr. Nelson has published in the field of manipulation under joint anesthesia and has been associated in two different hospital systems performing those procedures. He is currently the director for the BIOFREEZE Sports and Rehabilitation Center at Logan College of Chiropractic. Dr. Nelson has designed the department with two divisions which service the athletic and rehabilitative needs of the St. Louis area.

Attendees will learn how to assess functional deficits and limitations that inhibit golf performance. Dr. Nelson will show you how to use exercise to correct the deficits and then how to market the knowledge for financial return.
